To become more generous, what would have to change: Your job, time priorities, spending habits, mission and vision? (Serendipity Bible Fourth Edition, page 1612).
Only when the doors are opened to vision and creativity can we begin to explore the true nature of generosity. Until that point, we wear blinders so that the entire assessment of generosity is without proper foundation. Generosity--whose heart and soul is expansiveness--cannot be evaluated apart from intellectual and spiritual freedom. It is greatly discouraging the extent to which our nation looks for simulated creative rushes from alcohol, drugs, and sundry power addictions. It is a sad thing when the broad horizon of genuine creativity and its natural fruit of generosity and happiness are stymied by eviscerating walls of self-inflicted artificiality.
